Access for everyone

Accessibility statement

We want people to be able to explore Prospexe and understand what it offers. We are working to improve access across our public website.

What this statement covers

This statement covers all public Prospexe pages before sign-in: Home, Features, Auto Dialler, E-Shots, Agent reporting, Pricing, FAQ, the telemarketing-agency and UK call-centre pages, Compare and its individual product comparisons, About, Security, demo and contact enquiries, policies, cookie preferences and this accessibility statement. The signed-in app has separate accessibility preferences.

This statement also covers the downloadable Word policy documents.

Current accessibility status

We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA. This is an ongoing effort. We have not completed an independent accessibility audit and do not hold a legal compliance certification. Reading controls on this site are useful options, but they do not by themselves establish legal compliance or meet every person's needs.

Public pages include semantic headings and landmarks, keyboard-operable navigation and forms, visible focus indicators, skip links, and layouts intended to reflow on smaller screens and browser zoom. The site respects your operating system's reduced-motion preference and offers optional text sizing, contrast, motion and link-underlining controls.

Screen-reader behaviour on these public pages has not been verified. An attempted Orca 46.1 and Chromium 152 check in our test environment could not produce reliable spoken feedback. Browser keyboard and accessibility-tree checks do not show how a screen reader announces or navigates content, so they are not a screen-reader compatibility result or a WCAG conformance assessment.

Downloadable policy documents

The Word policy documents use English (UK) language metadata, structured headings and clickable links. The documents reviewed contain no tables or images that would need table-header markup or alternative text.

They have not been independently tested with screen readers or across different Word-compatible applications, so their behaviour may vary. The corresponding HTML policy pages remain available:

The Word files have not been independently reconciled against the current HTML wording. Use the corresponding HTML page if you need the current browser-readable policy text.

Using this website

  • Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links and controls, Enter to follow links, and Space or arrow keys where native controls support them.
  • Use your browser's zoom to enlarge content; try 200% zoom and check that text remains readable and the page reflows on your device. You can also choose a larger reading text size using the controls on this page.
  • Current versions of mainstream browsers and assistive technologies are recommended. Browser and assistive-technology combinations can behave differently.
  • Some content may not yet work as well as it should for everyone, and the signed-in app is outside this public statement.

Public reading controls

Choose text size, enhanced contrast, reduced motion or underlined links. Your selections are stored only in this tab's essential session storage, are not sent to Prospexe, and are cleared when the tab closes. Use Reset reading controls to remove your choices sooner. If browser storage is unavailable, the controls still apply until you leave the page, but cannot be remembered between public pages.

Reading controls

These controls change the public Prospexe pages in this tab. They do not change your signed-in workspace preferences.

Your choices use essential session storage in this browser tab only. They are not sent to Prospexe or linked to an account, and are cleared when this tab closes. Reset removes them now.

Tell us about an access barrier
